I had 4 Grandchildren living with me and two German Shepherd Bitches in the
house. I had them take the blanket to the hospital and wrap each baby in it
when born. Before the baby came home the blanket was given to the dogs to
sniff and lay on. they accepted each baby always. Never a problem. In fact
if the baby cried they would come and get me to go get it. They are very
smart you know.
