Instead of "should not", maybe it should read "cannot". Even the perception of
impropriety is a negative to the sport.

This is, in fact, not a "Gray" area.
It is spelled out in "black and white" in the Futurity Entry form Notice to
Exhibitors section which clearly states "that handlers should NOT handle
under any judge for whom they have handled within 4 months. (# 5)".
Things can be no clearer, there is no ambiguity.
Perhaps Nancy Harper, our Futurity Chairperson (who is on The List), can
expand on what happens if someone does not follow this rule.
