Maybe the Club finally ran out of money.
I never have tried to go to the GSDCA.org site. I think "Forbidden" is a
bit harsh. What about just saying, something like, "We aren't able to
assist you right now, please forgive the inconvenience". Would not that be so
much nicer?
Instead go to the Youth Recognition Fund site. They are glad to see you and
will welcome you.
