I'm glad this is going around enough that people are starting to  
repeat it.  This is the same "spay and neuter the HSUS." campaign that  
was started a couple of weeks ago and now is in phase two.  (Continue  
the campaign to notify IRS, but now be sure to send the information to  
your legislators!!!!)
