[ SHOWGSD-L ] grinding or soaking food

I came across an article, at the beginning of the year, about soaking dog food.
The premise was dog's digest their food better when its soaked and consequently
do not need as much food. So, I tried it and I'm here to tell you its true. All
of the dogs have gained weight with the soaked food.
As for grinding food....since I live here in the middle of Pa. Dutch puppy
farmer heaven I can tell you THEY always grind their puppie's food. Its fed
straight from the feeders this way. They claim the littlest of puppies will
eat it and they don't lose them from low sugar or stravation. Sue T
