I use grain free foods(wellness core) for my guys when they are with a
handler showing. Other wise we feed a raw diet with NO fruits and veggies
since dogs are carnivores. Wolves DO NOT eat the stomach contents first.

There are NO issues with the grain free foods. I would think there may be
another issue with these dogs. What grain free foods are they using??
