[ SHOWGSD-L ] going to afghanistan needs someone to keep GSD

Got a call from a Barb Tisdel in Colorado at 303-733-5254 or 303-518-4539 .
Her son is going to Afghanistan and has a 1 year old Male German Shepherd that
he needs to find some to keep for him for 1 year . his mom is unable to keep
Max for him. I kind of got the impression that she is afraid of big dogs, but
she also travels alot. He loves his dog and does not want to give him up . He
works for the state department and is in the Congo right now but is being
transferred to the embassy in Afghanistan and cannot take his dog. He bought
the dog in the Congo . I asked her to have him send me a picture of Max and
some info about him like, if he gets along with other dogs and if he likes
children .
I hope there is someone that can help him .
