[ SHOWGSD-L ] futurity question

I have a question - if a person has applied for membership to GSDCA but is
in the waiting stage - has not yet received membership card - can they
nominate a litter before that was born before they got membership?
They bred to my boy and I want a girl from the litter and want to show her
in Futurity. I need to know do I need to co-breed the litter so I can
nominate.
