I have thought that in the past. Then a few years ago we were blown away to
find out that Ben was the number one producing dog in the Futurity count. He
won his Futurity and his Maturity, but we didn't know his pups did so well.
Then the next year, he was the number one producing dog in Specialty shows.
The next year, his son Mephisto was number one.
A coincidence? I don't think so. It does seem the compilations mean
something. Or, at least they did to me.
