Those people must have rocks for brains! They are going to be having fewer
dogs registered and fewer co-ownerships! I have a struggle to pay a $20 fee to
register a dog, but $30!!! Holy cow! I, for one, cannot encourage puppy
buyers to register their dogs with these outrageous fees! I think this will be
happening a lot so it is going to screw up all their record keeping. We'll
have to register litters if there's that one show puppy, but the rest can go
without papers.
Our AKC delegate for our kennel club has already told us about the $5 fee for
show entries. These changes are going to force people to stop showing...except
for those with plenty of money!
How sad for this wonderful sport to come to this!
