Sounds like they are following the example of our National Govt. and yes
your suggestion to cut spending is a solution. To make this dog related if
the President's Regulation Czar, Cass Sunstein, has his way animals would be
allowed to sue us. Don't laugh he's written a book about it. He's an
extreme Animal Rights proponent and will be a big ally to HSUS, Peta, etc.

of course we have a one term president.
