Thank you Sally. I did talk to a guy that does the actual slaughter. He had
no clue but said he would harvest it if I could tell him where it is. I hope I
don't have to go out with him to find it and get it myself. Yuk! But, I will
if I have to. I know he is doing a slaughter this week. I will give him the
info. Thank you so much.

Called the company who butchers our cattle-The pancreas in a cow is located
between the liver and the intestine. It will be pink in color. They save them
for a couple people here in town- hope this helps- You need to talk to some one
who actually does the slaughter I am sure they will be able to help you-let me
know if you need more info
