[ SHOWGSD-L ] fluid at the point of the hock

I have about 3 dogs/older pups with a gathering of fluid at the point of the 
hock.
It is not like a swelling but more like a little blob of fluid right under the 
skin.
Has anyone ever had this happen before? 
I am wondering if it is some type of allergic reaction ??  It is not a cyst. 

I know my poor husband took advil and his lips swelled up huge like this and it 
was an allergic reaction.

I have recently been giving Capstar along with my usual Frontline to try and 
combat an outbreak of fleas.............am wondering if it could be a reaction 
to Capstar and if anyone has ever had this or heard of it ??
