I take 1000 mg of Vitamin C every day, I very very seldom get a cold, my
daughter got one at the national I haven't as yet, watch me jinx myself. I
swear by the vit C
Cold and damp here in Columbus as well, I fear for a hard winter. Will we need
chains on our tires for next year's national???? : )

There is a lozeng called Soothers by Sucrets. It has zinc and Echenacia and C
in it. It really does help boost the imune system to help fight off colds.
Also the Zicam zinc that you put up your nose helps a lot too.
Together these products will cut most colds in 1/2. I don't get colds
anymore
because I use these products when ever I feel one coming on. I have had
pneumonia and I live in fear of getting it again. This is what I do to prevent
it.
I swear by this, and I hope at least some of you will try it. Also green
tea,
it just feels good, nice and hot, steam in your face, all good!
