[ SHOWGSD-L ] escape

Dogs usually pull the chain link down from the top or up from the bottom. I 
 have taken top rails and added two to three more rows down from the top 
and up  from the bottom starting close enough to the edge so the dog can't get 
a  hold of the fence. Also 1" chain link is wonderful. Or construction 
grade. But  the average chain link that is meant for a yard is worthless for a 
kennel run. 
 
Some dogs are such a pain.  Good Luck Judi
