I thought the Rally entries were really low too. You hit the nail on the
head Kim, location. As it stands I think the decision has been made to
hold the national in a variety of locations knowing full well entries will
suffer for those locations that are difficult to get to.

Interesting, Sam, but as a person who lives in the Atlanta area - Columbus
was a reasonable day's drive - Topeka is not. So from where I live, these
two sites are not "in the same area" and I think that's probably true for a
lot of people in the East, Northeast, MidAtlantic and Great Lakes area. I
think location still has a large impact on the size of the entry when it
comes to class animals, especially puppies and veterans. And while we
didn't do an analysis of performance entries, I think the same holds true
for them as well - location, location, location.
