Blame it on the unions. Years ago we had held the Triangle shows at
Pheasant Run and the resort charged us $600 to turn on additional electric
service for all the dryers that were in use. This was because it was
necessary to have a union electrician flip the switches for each electrical
panel. At that time, with entries of over 150 each day, we were able to
absorb the expense; not the case anymore, even for the all-breed clubs.
