    You aren't the only one.
Ringside mentoring is supposed to replace InRing Observations.  IROs 
were abused.......as this will be, too.  None of it makes judging any 
better, because the people who want to learn don't need rules telling 
them how to do it...all these rules and requirements do is give people a 
chance to cross their t's and dot their i's, and check off the 
boxes...they really aren't required to learn anything.
    And, if we are going to take the position that only someone with a 
lifetime in the breed is qualified to judge it, there's not much point 
in any of it, is there?
