years ago I had a dog who would do the same thing , so we dug a hole in the
kennel ( bucket size) put the pail in and lo and behold - he couldn't dump the
water out. What he did do is invent a game where he would take his ball or
kong toy, run around the kennel (it was 12' x 30' ) then try and toss the toy
in the bucket while running. Shepherds are great at inventing ways to amuse
themselves!!!!
