[ SHOWGSD-L ] diaphragmatic hernia in 7 week old GSD

A friend of mine who is a veterinarian just saw a litter of 7 week old GSDs 
with one that was diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia.  One of the other pups 
is having similar signs.  Does anyone out there have any information if this is 
genetic or has seen it in certain breedings?  Please email me privately.
