[ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: coyotes

Never had an issue with the coyotes digging or wanting in.  BUT even when the 
girls are not in heat the coyotes will have a DECOY call the dogs out for a 
chase and the pack will circle in and go after the dogs for the kill.  

Had a pack try this with my parents Quake (R-Man son) and Mandy - toughest 
bitch 
EVER.  Two came in behind after the dogs took off after one.  The decoy got 
away 
and one of the others got away after they saw the intensity of Quake and Mandy 
- 
the other well - he didn't make it...  Not one puncture on either of the dogs.  
SCARY!

Right now I have a coyote living down by the horses. Beautiful.  Doesn't mess 
with me or the dogs.
