[ SHOWGSD-L ] cow hoof

I have been wandering the Mexican section of the meat dept.  Cow hoof  is 
selling cheap.  Looks like pastern down without the shell of the hoof or  skin 
and hair.  I finally asked someone shopping how they used it.   They boil it 
and 
use it in menudo.  I may boil it up and see what  yummy dog food I can make 
of it.  Heck, if its good enough I may serve it  to my house guests.
