[ SHOWGSD-L ] cost efficient meetings

My work has offices all over the country. We hold meetings over the phone.
Everyone calls a toll free number and gives a password that lets them into the
meeting. We identify ourselves when asking questions or commenting. It seems
to work fine for us.
