The same way they tell you how many cars you can park in your yard. Whether
and what type of fence you can have. Same way they can tell you that you
are going to sell your home so a new mall can come in. Your property may be
yours to do with as you please, but only as long as it conforms to locally
established guidelines (laws). Why we need to stick our heads out from the
kennel occasionally and pay attention to what our neighbors are passing.
