I'll bet the majority of the membership has not heard 'quite right' either,
since we are not privy to what transpires in closed sessions. Just those
with a link to the ethically challenged board member(s) who leak closed
session deliberations.
Compromise, defined as - a settlement of a dispute in which two or more
sides agree to accept less than they originally wanted. Something that
somebody accepts because what was wanted is unattainable.
The point about a compromise is it becomes unachievable when one side will
not agree to accept less than they originally wanted which results in a
deadlock. Therein lies the problem. We can all speculate but it's out of our
hands and unless a compromise occurs, most likely the court will make the
judgment.
