Hey all! I am doing a project for biology (not due for a while but I'm very ambitious as I love genetics) and I thought, what better subject to pic than my favorite breed of dog? haha so, Does anyone have any good reliable sites on the color genetics of shepherds? I'm looking for info on which color genes are dominant and recessive, and info on marking genes ie: saddle vs. "blanket" vs. bicolor vs. solid, full masks, pigment, cream vs. tan vs. red ect. Basically all things related to genetics that show physical traits in the dogs with dominant/recessive genes studied. Thank you all in advance!
