I've seen it both ways.
Jamie is chairman for revamping the Breeders code That's her baby. We have
never had a Code of Ethics,just an Ethics chairman( Danny Dwier whose purpose
was to help work out problems between members so the Board would not have to
hear charges ,and have a Hearing, But I believe Lew wants to set up and start
a Code of Ethics that members sign. This would be new and a good thing,and
Hunte wouldn't have been able to become a member,if we had it before. Two
