When treating for coccidia, ONLY treat dogs under 6 months or so. All dogs
have it, all dogs shed it, puppies loose their immunity from mom at about
7-10 weeks but it returns by 6 months.
BTW, cats REALLY shed it. I make sure to bring it up when a new puppy goes
to a house w/ a cat.
