So long as one person is willing to put up the ring, pick up the judge, and
hand out the ribbons. When there is no one left, then the club should fold.
Every club that I have seen fold has experienced personality problems. Most
of them have called me to try to work out legal problems between the members.
I can't think of a single club that went under that didn't start with
hostility between factions.
It is a shame, but seems to be a fact of life.
