[ SHOWGSD-L ] closing of entries,multiple shows, same weekend

One thing that clubs having shows together need to work on is getting
their closing dates together
Speaking for our shows in April, we had 3 specialties in 2 days and
3..........yes, 3..........different closing dates, made for a lot of confusion
for the exhibitors
Coming up in MA, same problem, one weekend, 2 shows, 2 different closing
dates....we are going to miss it, it doesn't make $$$ sense to make a trip
for one show, as we missed one of the closing dates.
So when doing all this planning, clubs should consider really working
together on this issue
