[ SHOWGSD-L ] changing classes after closing

How much changing around of classes can be done after the show has closed?
I have heard that you can change the age class of a puppy to like 12-18; AND
CHANGE OTHER THINGS.
For example, can you change a dog entered in bredby and put the dog in
ambred?
Or can you change a dog from ambred and put the dog in bredby ( assuming the
bredby criteria is met) ?
