[ SHOWGSD-L ] campilobacteria

A friend in the UK has written me asking what is the latest
treatment over here for Campilobacteria. She has a dog with it and her
vet bills are in the hundreds of pounds, to no avail...
I know this list comes thru with all kinds of help...I personally
know nothing of this problem, so I'm asking the list. Please let me
know of any successful treatments your dogs may have had for this.
