Here's a couple of quick facts you can use to discourage your neighbors from
breeding their bulldogs...
1.) ALL breedings are done by AI...this breed, almost without exception,
cannot perform a natural breeding...
2.) All whelpings are by C-Section...if your neighbors "wait to see if she
can whelp the puppies herself", they will probably lose their bitch...most
breeders schedule C-Sections automatically...
It's an expensive breed to get into, with c-sections & AI's on top of the
stud fees and routine puppy expenses...there are reasons that pets sell for
+$1500...
As far as how the male moved(or didn't), go sit by the Bulldog ring at the
next all-breed show you attend...the really good ones have a smooth fluid
gait, but it doesn't even resemble anything you see in other rings...
