[ SHOWGSD-L ] broken

I have a 10 1/2 week of puppy with a broken toe. (Don't ask how!!) The vet
put him in a brace that goes almost up to his elbow. I'm supposed to leave it
on for two weeks.
Anybody know how long it takes something like this to heal completely? He
really hates being away from his two littermates.
