Congrats, Bud!! I believe that Casul's sire was Select all three days, also,
correct?
And, for my brag - Harley was Best of Breed all three days, for his 85th, 86th,
and 87th Best of Breed awards. He is about 9 points away from his Silver Level
Grand Championship! Didn't realize it for sure until I received his Eukanuba
Invitation for achieving the Bronze Level. I do like the Grand Championship
program. It seems, to me, to be more fun, but, then, all dog showing seems, to
me, to be LOTS of fun!! Jorge and Susie Olivera (and family) have been a
wonderful, ethical, honest, competent, team to work with. I received many
compliments in Santa Barbara regarding what great rapport Jorge and Harley
have!! I have to agree, they do look good together. They look good
separately, too!! :-) :-)
We left yesterday afternoon and had a horrible drive home. Traffic was as bad
as a holiday weekend, coming from Santa Barbara almost to Pasadena. Don't know
why, as gas prices are going up and the weather has been horrid. Lots of
highway construction going on, though. Sometimes I wish I had a helicopter!!
Got home last night to horribly hot and humid weather. Unusual for the
Hemet/San Jacinto Valley, but, then, the whole country is having "unusual"
weather, eh?
