Well DD, I am glad you pitched in. Because I just heard from another
source that the board does provide insurance for the directors. And that the
whole thing about lack of insurance and fear of getting sued is nothing but
horse
manure.
Is there a way we can have this confirmed one way or another?
Could it be an excuse to cover their own arses, and still look good for
re-election?
