I mentioned last year when all of this was being debated that Houston can be
doable. A friend from Canada flew down last spring from Detroit to Houston
non stop.....had no problems, dog came through the terminal, personal at the
airport helped her and we picked her up as usual at the arrival level.
Wasn't that big of a deal, and she flew in US Air...cost $100. each direction.
Her
male came in a 500 crate.
I think Twyla Miner managed to fly in for our specialties in the fall. If
one can come in from California for a specialty, I would think there would be
a way to work out a flight for the nationals.
