As I said yesterday, modernize the by-laws to include electronic
ballots.............. plain, simple, and cost effective.

I didn't say the GSDCA was responsible for the slow mail in Canada. What I am
saying is that there is no amount of time that can guarentee delivery to Canada
from the USA.
