Kathy(Pinehill)I'm in that situation with my black. Never been in the
ring(people kid friendly), has issues with other dogs she thinks she's an Alpha
bitch knows a choke and leash needs work gaiting owners both Darcy and I can't
gait her. Do I spend $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$(handler my expenses Darcy's expenses to
get her there for 3 shows plus entry fees @28 a pop)to ring train for her
Maturity. Shows are in Feb Mat closes in Mar. Nerves will be a mess. Is she
worth the risk at just over 2 not sure. But I've always had more guts than
brains.

You can have the plaques <VBG>.
Seriously, by the time a person sends a dog away to "camp", has them
trained, (God forbid we let puppies be puppies OR judge puppies like
puppies.....oh no...they need to be pros to be noticed!!!), then by the time
the same
person sends the dog to a specialty weekend or two prior to the Futurity so
now they are REALLY pros....well I can have a quality youngster 1/2 way
finished or more for the same $$$$.
And don't say I can't because I'll give you names:)
