there are NO extenuating circumstances when a dog bites a child!!!! put the
dog down !!!! I don't care if it is a cute cuddly peekapoo or a 200lb st
bernard.....also the "new" owner should have his head examined for acquiring
the dog before finding out if the dog was nuts!!
