Got word from my son, he lives between Houston and Beaumont. He assured me
they are fine, no electricity yet. They were staying at a church and are now
on their way home hoping that all is well. They are worried about trees
having come down on their property - they live in a wooded area. He had to
make it short as he was anxious to get back home. At least I know they are
ok.

Winds are hitting Killeen now.........expecting up to 70 MPH.........this
IKE is 600 miles across. To make this dog related Pat Evans got up at 4 :45
this morning to drive Spunky in to do a sugical implant in Pia. She is well
on her way home to Ft Worth.
