[ SHOWGSD-L ] another ballot problemid

Did anyone notice the return address? I just went and mailed mine but
above my return address is another "return to" address. According to the
membership roster it is Sharon Albrights. I have never ever seen this
before. If my ballot does not make it to the correct place- it should be
returned to me . Not some one else- after all this is my ballot and no one
else has any buisness with it
When did this get changed and why
