Well, damn, that is not at all what we had hoped for.....sh**.
But yes your Mom is as tough as they come. She overcomes any challenge, and
faces difficult circumstances with wisdom and faith and good humor. I KNOW
she will beat this.
Could you give us an idea of how long she is to be in the hospital and where
we can send flowers or cards? Or would she rather have them at home?
Edie and Jim, I know you are exhausted, mentally, emotionally, physically.
We are here for you, we love you both. If you will be around this evening I
will give you a call.
Hug Syd for us (gently) and tell her we love her, and expect her to make a
full recovery...she IS SYD MAILBERG, afterall.....and I wouldn't tangle with
her.
