I agree with Lee. Over the years, while I've done some specialties, I've done hundreds of all breed shows--and it has been my great pleasure to have given points to many dogs and bitches who went on to win Selects at both the American and Canadian Nationals...to dogs and bitches who later gained their ROMs, and to at least one dog and one bitch who became Grand Victor and Grand Victrix.......... Sometimes there were even choices between dogs who did NOT win, and who went on to become Selects. Among the dogs I've had at the all breed shows were Conan, Mystique (before she was famous...I gave her her first group), Indy, Ciera, Black Jack, MiniMe, Krystal, Edge of Night, QT, Surprize Package, and more... So don't try to tell ME that there aren't quality dogs at the all breed shows! And I didn't always know who the handlers were, either!
