[ SHOWGSD-L ] a really stupid question (again)

I don't care pro or con who answers; I am trying to understand.
Everything I have read (history and current) states that Albino GSD's
don't exist. I can't locate a picture of one and I have researched
extensively.
Our new revised standard will have a new DQ "Dogs exhibiting albino
characteristics. "
So we have a new DQ for something that does not exist, or are there Albino
white GSD's?
