I have an answer ( what a surprise huh).....I can not speak for the board, but
I don't believe THEY believe that they are in any way harming the breed
standard by letting my white dog go Obedience GV.......if we can put the ugly
Hero dog on the cover...and correct me if I'm wrong, the "Hero' award is also a
GSDCA award.....then we can put the ugly white monorchid Obedience dog on the

1.  Do you agree the GSDCA is the appointed body to maintain and  protect
the breed standard?
2.  Is the elected board charged with maintaining the purpose of the  club?
3.  If yes to the first 2 questions, how can you justify a vote  that
clearly does not put the breed standard  Â
   first?

If there is something I am missing in this equation then please explain the
 reasoning.

And for those of you on the list, I will say every time I have written  to
the  board Gary has always responded along with a few others.  There are
many that never response to requests.
