Hospitals carry huge policies and they have deep pockets with lots of assets (compared to their employees). It's the flip side with a dog club. There usually aren't a lot of assets in the club, insurance with adequate protection is difficult or impossible to obtain based on low assets and in many cases the individuals have greater assets to go after. You know what I find interesting? You can have six attorneys in a room and get at least four different opinions. (And they can all back it up with case law <G>.) Ditto people in insurance. Is xxxx dollars enough? Lots of different ideas about that.
