HI Fran, I can you are determined to get me in trouble, so be it! I can only
speak for myself. I do believe that a GSD can move correctly at faster speeds.
I
do not believe a GSD can herd sheep or cattle all day long at those speeds. I
do
believe there are a " few " judges that can judge a correct moving GSD at high
speed. Unfortunately, there are many that can't. Yes a good handler can hide
many structural and incorrect movement in a high speed GSD under what some see

But, you didn't address the question below, and I'd really appreciate knowing
what you think.
Can a judge determine correct movement without having the dogs racing at
break-neck speed? Doesn't excessive speed allow a handler to mask faults?
I have no agenda, and your answer remains with me. Isn't it sad we have to say
things like that?
