to charge for using a card.
I see now that congress has allowed merchants to have two prices, one for
credit cards that offer rewards and ones that don't.
I recently went to the bank to get some funds to transfer to my other
bank.
I asked for a Cashier's Check and they said it would cost me $6.00. So, I
told them to just give it to me in cash instead. They waived the Cashier's
Check charge.
They will get your money one way or the other.
