I just finished the interview with Bob Drescher, (The Voice of The National), in the German Shepherd Dog Annual. I have to admit it took me two days to get through it, and I cried twice. The picture of his adopted daughter at the grave caused me to stop reading it for a couple of days. There is a great deal of thought and ideas in the article, and some real personal insight into someone who should be listened to. I get to sit with Bob every National, and I don't think there is anything we have not talked about. When reading his interview, it was as if we were sitting together again. This is something everyone should read. It is a real experience to listen to someone who is a person deeply in love with our breed, and with the intelligence to explain it. Evan L.
